Message	or are you using the 2-2.5" tapered pipes? I had the same issues with the egr plates when I tried to use the full 2.5" pipes with the reducing coupler right on the turbo. Using the tapered pipes allowed me to use the 2" silicone hose with a slight bend in it off the turbo. This clocked the pipe away from the motor enough to give more clearance.
